On September 5, we had our engagment party. It was so much fun. Everything about it was great. It was at the home of Lenoir and John Stanley. There place is AMAZING! MKB painted pear banners to match the invitation they were so cool! I know everyone worked so hard on the party, and we really appreciated it. The band was a lot of fun! The weather turned out wonderful too! It had rained, and it cooled everything off and it was the perfect tempature.

I forgot to take my camera. I wish I had pictures of the place and the pears and everything. I had to get the picts that I have from Sara Beth and Jacy. Thanks to them for having there cameras. Above is us with some of our wedding party. Note: Bo's cast he is showing

Wedding Festivities begin....Stock the Bar

This weekend all of our wonderful friends through us a Stock the Bar shower. We had so much fun!! It was a very "eventful" night to say the least. Everyone worked so hard on the shower and it was perfect. We had wonderful food from the Rib Cage. It was so much fun.

Bo thought it was Christmas, but he said with no boring clothes only the good stuff. HAHA! We really got some nice gifts, thank everyone so much!!

We can not wait until our next party!! The days are counting down until the wedding. We can't wait!

We are SO looking forward to our wedding and wedding festivities. Mainly because this means we get to spend time with all our friends that are in our wedding party. We are both so blessed to have SO many friends, therfore we have a BIG wedding party. We wanted to post some picts of us and our wedding party. LOVE YA'LL!!

Our new home!!!

Bo and I have bought a house. It had a lot of updating to be done. We closed last Friday, and have already gotten a lot of the work knocked out. We have painted all 4 bedrooms, and have the new floors laid in 2 of the bedrooms. It still lacks A LOT though. I really wish that I had thought to take before pictures, but I didn't. But I will get some picts of the construction up soon.

We're engaged!!!!!

This is my first go as a "blogger", but I have great news. BO AND I are engaged!!! I am so excited and happy. We got engaged last night June 20, 2008. I was off work yesterday, and I had been with my stepdad riding on the motorcycle all day. We were at Pickwick when Bo got off work, so I called him and asked him if he wanted to come with my mom up to meet us for dinner. He was kind of weird and was like "No, I thought you were coming to my house with me" I said that I would if he wanted, and I could tell he was kind of ticked at me so I agreed and had Kenny drive me to Bo's house to meet him. When I got there he was in the kitchen and barely let me in the door before telling me Coco (one of our dogs) had been missing and that we needed to go look for her. We walked back out and started calling for CoCo. Lulu and Lola (our other dogs came running up) this really worried me because they always are together. He kept calling for her, and he she came rounding the bushes and she had some real pretty ribbon tied around her neck. I reached down to see what it was (because none of the dogs out there wear collars) and saw that a ring was tied to it. I tried to get it off, and couldn't get the knot undone. I told him to "get it off, get it off" and he did. He got it off and got down on one knee and proposed to me. It was perfect. It was so us. I love dogs so much (especially our dogs) so I wouldn't have had it any other way.

We are thinking a fall wedding. October actually. It will be a short engagement, but I want an outside reception and any later than that and I am afraid it will be cold. We have bought a house, so I don't want to wait until next spring. So October it is. October 18 seems to be a great date. There is no home State or Ole Miss game that weekend, so hopefully if all works out that will be the date. I have a lot to do before then. I will post more as I know more.
